Happy New Year Everyone!

The Knightriders are all booked in...

Thursday - Ibis, Bolougne Sur Mer (£29 a room)
Friday - Elite Hotel, Thun (£71 a room)
Saturday - Hotel Garni Montaldi, Locarno (£47 a room)
Sunday - Club Hotel, Mestre (£30 a room)

alpharooms.com was cheapest by far for Saturday night, we also used booking.com and the Switzerland Travel Centre for the other nights.

Couldn't find anything cheaper than £60 for the return ferry crossing.

We're staying on in Venice for a couple of days then hoping to drive back (hope I'm not tempting fate there!). We've got a Mondeo off eBay for a bargain price. It's top spec, complete with air conditioning. Well, I suppose it would be fairer to say that it has an air conditioning button. Rolling Eyes

I'm reliably informed that we don't need the air con to work as we have fully functioning windows!

If anyone is staying in Calais near City Europe I might bump into ya's in the bar, as we're doing another rally that starts the same day. Wink

Hi!
The Goldmingers are booked into Ibis Mer Centre Port on thursday night. Managed to get ferry for £40.
Bit confused now as it looks like the route has changed somewhat?? Looking at booking hotel in Spiez for Friday and Mestre on sunday. Where on Lake Maggiore on saturday..........any ideas????
Really looking forward to it and meeting you all. Any plans for meet ups over beer would be great!! Very Happy

WE ARE NOT AS ORGANISED AS LAST YEAR
We only just got the wheels and Booked the Ferry today with the hotels
All close apart from the Swis 10 k away but reasonable price .

We're in the Ibis on Thursday night annd some cheap hole in Venice that my team mate has booked on Saturday. Camping the other two nights but we're not organised enough to have actually booked anything!
